The menu options of an occupied table in F&B in Air 3.94

If you long-press (press and hold) an occupied table in Air’s F&B, the following menu of options displays:

 

In the F&B screen, you can do the following:

To change the customer count at a table in F&B

  1. Press and hold the table that needs to be updated with the customer count. A pop-up menu displays.

  2. Select Change the customer count from the menu. A number pad displays.

  3. Enter the new number sitting at the table. The number pad disappears and the table in the table layout displays the new number. You can continue working with the table as you normally would.

 

To move the customer’s table to another table

  1. Press and hold the table that needs to be moved. A pop-up menu displays.

  2. Select Move table to transfer this table to another table in this floor layout only. The tables that are available, highlight.

  1. Select the new table. A message displays that states: Transferring to table. Then the new table turns red. You can continue working with the table as you normally would.

To transfer the check for this table to another employee

You must have security privileges to do the following:

  1. Press and hold the table that has the check to be transferred.

  2. Select Transfer check to give this table and its check to another employee. The PIN pad displays.

  3. If you do not have permission to transfer this, the PIN of the employee who is approving this transfer must be entered.

 

To split checks

Using Air 3.94, in the Split Check screen of F&B, you have the ability to move items from one guest’s check to another guest’s check, or you can split the check's amount. You can add and view four checks on one screen but can work with more than four checks by swiping right to see more checks. To see a video of splitting a check in 3.92, click here.

To print receipts for this table

From the pop-up menu of the occupied table, select Print receipts. The receipts will print out for each customer's by their seat number, and your table is green in the Table Layout view.
