Added custom-weekend days to Dynamic Price

There was an issue where Sagacity was pushing the incorrect rate for Fridays, which Sagacity could not correct. Club Prophet added a custom-weekend day to our Dynamic Price options to handle this in version 3.96.

To update your custom-weekend day for your dynamic pricing set up

You can get to the setup screen in two different ways: from Starter Hut or Tools | Options. Both options take you to the same screen, and the setup is no different no matter how you choose to get there.

1. Do one of the following to open the Accounting set up screen:

• Go to Tools | OptionsYou could also press the F2 key on your keyboard.| Reference Tables | Calendar. The Accounting screen displays.

--OR--

• In Starter Hut, select Admin | Admin | Calendar.

  Note: The Admin section in the left-hand panel opens by default, so you need only to select Admin at the top then Calendar on the left.

  The Accounting screen displays.

  

2. In the Global Day of the weekend section, select Edit to the right. The Weekend section displays every day of the week.

3. Select the days which you would like to have your weekend rates. For example, Friday could be considered a weekend day at your course, and it would then have your dynamically priced-weekend rates if checked.

4. Select Save then Close.

You need to exit completely out of the software and back in again for the change to take effect.
