New Anniversary Date field in Customer module
In the 3.96 release, a new field in the Customer module is available in the Other tab called the Anniversary Date field. You can use this field for wedding anniversaries or the anniversary of the day the customer joined as a member so that you could acknowledge the customer on their special day with letters, gifts, offers, specials, etc.

To update a customer file with an anniversary date

Go to the Customer module.

Look up the customer for whom you’d like to enter an anniversary date.

Select the Other tab.

In the middle of the screen, enter a date for the anniversary in the Anniversary Date field.

At the bottom of the screen, click Save.

Click Exit to close the Customer module.
To run a report for the customer’s anniversary
This is a Customer List Custom Report. To run it do the following:

Open the Report module.

Select the Daily tab.
Running this report for the first time?

Select the Customer List Custom Report from the list on the left; you may have to scroll down.

On the right-hand side of the screen, in the Custom Field section, select the Anniversary checkbox.

Select Print or Display. The report is run and the anniversary date is in the report.
